Phuket 2014

This is definitely too long overdue. LOL! It was our (Pineapple) graduation trip, but less one member who had some complications with travelling and decided not to join us in the end. But still, anyway, the trip was great! We ate a lot, drink (alcoholic drinks) a lot, played a lot, saw a lot and chatted a long time. It's really a good trip for us to reconnect with each other after we all got busy with our own lives.

We flew there via budget airlines (of course!) and it took about 2.5 hours to reach, and having the flight in the middle of the night, no doubt, I kind of slept through the flight and awoken by stiff neck and back. Oh! We have reached! Queued for an hour or so, finally out of the custom. Oh! Singaporeans, you don't need Visa, just in case you saw the signages there and worried that you might need to make payment, just like me.

We stayed at Seastone Pool Villa, which is located in the very secluded Laguna area. The good thing with this villa they have shuttle services to the supermarket nearby and Laguna beach, all within 10 to 15mins drive. You can also ask for private taxi service to anywhere else you want to go, but of course, you need to pay. Service there was good, and staffs are very friendly. But if you ever want to stay there, do note that whatever timings they promised for your pick-ups, they usually will appear by your doorstep about 30 mins earlier.

We did not plan any itinerary. One of us got an idea of the main tourist spots, like Patong Beach, Simon Cabaret Show, Phuket Weekend Market, so we just roughly planned them for the next 3 full days after we settled down. Half of the time, we spent in our villa, having massage, swimming, watching tv while doing masks and chatting while eating snacks and drinking beer. Afterall, this was a relax trip, a trip for us to unwind from the heavy workload back at home.
